What is BYS Hot HIIT?
BYS Hot HIIT is a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is performed in a heated room. It is an intense full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve over the overall health.

It is performed on a yoga mat making it low-impact, therefore protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running or jumping.
How does BYS Hot HIIT work?
BYS Hot HIIT combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) keeps your heart rate up, helping you to burn fat. The Pilates principles sculpt the body, creating long lean muscle mass. The heat loosens up the muscles and the humidity makes you sweat – elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting more fat burn.
What should I wear and what should I bring?
If you’re new to our studio dress in cool, comfortable workout clothes. No long sleeves or sweatpants, please. You’ll thank us for this, seriously.
If you are part of our yoga community you will wear the same stuff and use the same mat and towel that you do for your Bikram classes.
If I am currently a member of the Bikram Yoga Simsbury community, are there additional costs for the BYS Hot HIIT classes?
